Matrix Media wants to make the entire process of getting your out-of-home media (billboards, transit, cinema) project off the design board and onto the billboard, bus, or display as easy as possible. For our clients using their own designers we have provided the following information. If you need additional assistance please contact us.

*artwork should be provided in1/2" = 1' scale or larger

DIGITAL OUTPUT
- When preparing four-color process files, remember greater resolution equals a better final product. Average file size is between 25-45 megabytes, (scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi).
- All files should be CMYK.
- Include all fonts regardless of the type of file. If file type can not be sent, save copy as paths.
- For EPS files, include all placed images.
- Include a color accurate proof/layout, indicating all PMS colors. This is especially important for four-color process jobs to avoid extra proofing costs.
IF YOU ARE MAILING YOUR ARTWORK
* Include with your disk a color print out of the artwork. Please be specific if we need to match a PMS color or your supplied color proof.
