Green Advertising
The green movement is gaining in nearly every industry and outdoor is no exception. The largest green advertising movement took place in 2009 with eco-friendly poster paper. Industry leaders took a stand by converting 30-sheet paper poster units to eco-flex poster units. This change helped to increase recycling in the out-of-home industry by nearly 370% in 2010 according to our friends at the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA).
