Nationwide Children’s Hospital Adds 3D Butterflies to Columbus Wallscape

Nationwide continues to draw attention to downtown Columbus wallscape trio.

If you’ve taken a trip along E. Long Street in downtown Columbus, Ohio recently (we’re talking the past 24 hours) you’ve probably seen a variety of cranes, wings and men (or women) hanging from the side of a 12 story wall. While this has all the makings of a sci-fi film, it’s actually new 3D installations going up on the Nationwide Children’s Hospital wallscape trio.

According to their instagram account (where we were able to find the images above) the three butterfly additions will range from 7 to 17 feet tall and 15 to 25 feet wide, the cost of which were donated by Nationwide Insurance. The butterfly additions come 4 years after the rebranding initiative that introduced the whimsical insects.

You may recall previous wallscapes in the same area by Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Miracles at Play campaign & a co-op between Coops Paints and Nationwide Insurance.
