Garage ads were introduced to out-of-home media as ad space in major metro markets became increasingly needed. In major metro markets, ad space is being offered in large downtown parking garages in the form of banners, wall billboards, posters and garage gate ads.

Garage ads now include wrapped gate arms

Gate ads are the final ad display that a driver will see before leaving the parking garage is the one wrapped around the parking entrance and exit lever. This gate arm raises and lowers to allow vehicles to pass. Advertisers now have the option of wrapping creative around the gate arm, leaving a final impression with the driver before exiting the garage.
